Vital Ion Edible Oxygen


A good Daily Use regime to maintain a toxicity free body: First thing in the day, drink one to three capfuls of the day formula followed by at least 8oz. of good spring water. It's good to swish it around in your mouth for 30 seconds or so before swallowing. If you feel to, you can drink another capful around midday, but it's probably best not to drink the day formula too late in the afternoon because it can give some people too much energy to easily sleep. Last thing at night before turning out the light, drink a capful or two of the night formula not followed by water or anything else and then enjoy a restful, healing sleep.
