Essential Oils

Past cultures valued few substances above nature’s essential oils. For at least the last 6,000 years, they have been used not only for their scents and as beauty care products, but also for their medicinal and curative properties. Those who are wise to essential oils have always considered them sacred. According to the translation of ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics and Chinese Manuscripts, priests and physicians were using essential oils thousands of years before the time of Christ. They were mankind's first medicine. There are 188 references to essential oils in the Bible. When the pharaoh Tutankhamun’s tomb was opened in 1922, the air was permeated with their aroma.
